35 Howard Street, SoHo, is an 11,000 SF mixed-use building located in SoHo's Cast Iron Extension Landmark District. The property combines loft apartments on the upper floors with ground-floor retail and is the former home of Opening Ceremony. HudsonPoint Group acquired the property on an off-market basis in partnership with Javeri Capital from a long-term owner who was facing extended vacancy during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2023, Golf Wang occupied the ground floor for their NYC flagship location.
